I was helping my co-worker add up some numbers and by the time I got back to my desk I found a new trending topic on Twitter titled "HTC." Thanks to Brizzly.com's Brizzly Guide I was able to quickly expand and get the down low on the subject. It is true. HTC is being sued by someone else. After hearing Microsofts's late night announcement this one is just another notch on the belt. Klausner Technologies is suing HTC over the use of visual voicemail technology on the MyTouch3G. As I mentioned before HTC is not hiding in a corner until this Apple lawsuit blows over. They are showing off their growth by opening new offices and announcing positions all over North America. HTC has posted almost 30 jobs, mostly at their Seattle and Bellevue, WA area. So get your resume in order and send them in pronto. It is no secret that Palm is looking for a bailout and willing to accept a deal should the right one come along. Does HTC have the buying power for such a deal?
