Software Update Rolling Out to the HTC Evo 3D

Say "Cheese!"

A minor update is said to be headed to the HTC Evo 3D now or as soon as E3D owners make the phone manually find the update. The update brings a security patch, enhancements to battery life, and a tweak to HTC's Twitter app, Peep. This is the 4th software update since the smartphone was released in June of last year by Sprint and I am sure users hope the next update will be full of Ice Cream Sandwich goodness! With the recent release of the HTC Rezound, HTC is exiting 2011 as the top manufacturer in the United States and now leaking out bits of information for new devices to be released in the next year.
