The HTC Sensation has been revamped with software and hardware and has been given a new name. The HTC Sensation XE is HTC’s latest announced smartphone and is currently destined for Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa with hopes of a US release yet to be announced. This new Sensation XE delivers a faster processor, bigger battery, and a combined listening experience of software and hardware. When using the Beats by Dre in-ear headphones the phone will switch to a Beats by Dre sound profile which enhances the sound delivery to the headphones making for a better listening experience.

Notice the Beats Audio logo on the back of the HTC Sensation XE and though I have not had much time with the original HTC Sensation notice the Home, Menu, Back, and Search buttons are now lit up in red instead of the traditional white.
Internally, the HTC Sensation XE has the newest Qualcomm dual-core processor which operates at 1.5 GHz opposed to the previous 1.2 GHz dual-core processor. The battery has been boosted to lengthen the user’s media experience throughout the day.
