I was helping my co-worker add up some numbers and by the time I got back to my desk I found a new trending topic on Twitter titled "HTC." Thanks to Brizzly.com's Brizzly Guide I was able to quickly expand and get the down low on the subject. It is true. HTC is being sued by someone else. After hearing Microsofts's late night announcement this one is just another notch on the belt. Klausner Technologies is suing HTC over the use of visual voicemail technology on the MyTouch3G.
