HTC Continues the Streak in Revenue Growth Sixth Quarter in a Row

HTC released their third quarter numbers for 2011 and the outcome for the smartphone manufacturer is "Loudly Brilliant" to say the least. HTC is reporting a 93% increase in handset shipments over the last few months compared to last year's quarter which was also an increase from the year before. Developer Portal For HTC Devices Launched Today

HTC has announced today they are ready to launch their developer portal, HTCdev.com. From the site, developers can retrieve source code for all sorts of Android devices like the HTC Flyer and the HTC Sensation, download and learn about the OpenSense SDK, and use a tool to unlock bootloaders, which is listed as coming soon. A little over 5 hours ago HTC revealed a Welcome tab on their Facebook page with a slick looking countdown clock which aligns with Mobile World Congress. Check out this beautiful HTC storefront located in Prague! If we had one nearby I would make it a mission to visit once a week. Here is an idea, we should merge a coffee shop with a mobile retail store. Customers get more time to test a phone and ultimately sign up for a two year deal.
